XBOSoft's CEO Delivers Presentation on Western and Eastern Working Cultures at the Software College of Beihang University

Online, November 24, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Beijing, China - Philip Lew, CEO of XBOSoft, recently spoke at the Software College of Beihang University in Beijing, China. Attendees of the lecture included undergraduate and graduate students at the university pursuing Bachelor and Master Degrees in software engineering. Lew's presentation addressed a recently hot topic in the press, in the differences of Eastern and Western working cultures. In particular, how can students' best adapt their viewpoints and understand Western cultures and values in the workplace while maintaining their Eastern background and strengths.

The presentation was part of a series arranged by the Beihang University Software College that aims at highlighting current technical and business issues through first-hand experience of experts in their relative fields. The lecture series has included several professionals from industry and academia speaking on various development technologies, methodologies, tools, and techniques used throughout the software industry.
