Hong Kong - A new 400 hundred poses yoga app with names translated into seven languages has been launched by Anahata Yoga founder Yogananth Andiappan.
It's been three years since Yogananth Andiappan launched "Yoga from the Heart", an inspirational coffee table book which is a photographic collection of Yogananth perfecting 400 of most challenging yoga postures, many of which had never been photographed before.
This popular yoga book has now been developed into a convenient App to bring the same inspiration to a wider audience. Aimed to inspire all nationalities of yoga practitioner on the move, the app's poses, which includes 200 which have never been seen before, are translated into Sanskrit, English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Thai, French, Spanish and Japanese.
