This automatic flatbread making robot is able to mix, knead, roll and provide hot fresh flatbreads such as rotis, tortillas, pizzas, puris, pearl millet flour flatbreads and more in 90 seconds. A key component of Mexican cuisine, a tortilla is a thin round flatbread made from flour, wheat or corn. Rotimatic is currently able to dispense ready to eat tortillas made from flour.
